Semi-sheer, crinkled organza with gathered seams forms a billowy open jacket awash with luminous blue-greens and grays, the color of a misty morning by the ocean. Gathered draped shoulder seams and extra-long, lightly elasticized balloon sleeves add impact to this dramatic piece. Long rope ties with metal detail at the neck to keep the fabric in place.
